Before sending mixed coins to a regulated exchange or payment processor, make sure the destination address does not trip their AML rules. This checker queries multiple third-party data sources without exposing your IP or account information, so you can see how your address scores before anyone else does.

Enter a Bitcoin address, review the risk signals, and only then decide whether to reuse or abandon that wallet. The tool runs in your browser, only sends the address to the scoring partners, and never demands API keys.

Anonymous Address AML Score Checker

BitMixList is proud to introduce a new service for checking the AML score of Bitcoin addresses anonymously. Our scores are sourced from reputable third-parties without sharing your personal data such as IP address. Only the crypto address is sent to them. The address checker requires Javascript to run.

In recent years it has become paramount to check the AML score of your address before sending funds to a regulated entity such as an exchange or a payment gateway. If the AML score is too high, these services will freeze your funds and may never return them. Therefore, it is less costly to simply check their AML score of your addresses than taking the risk.

We currently don’t have an API and have no plans to make one in the near future.

Recommended Usage Of The Address Checker

It is recommended to test all of the following addresses in addition to your target address, to uncover AML risks and to minimize the chance of exchanges freezing our funds.

  • Addresses it has send funds to within the last 90 days
  • Addresses it has received funds from within the last 90 days
  • Deposits you plan to mix or consolidate

This type of exhaustive check is necessary to maximize AML score compatibility with a regulated entity. Additionally, you should check your addresses periodically and whenever you receive or send a new transaction. You should keep in mind the amount of crypto you are going to send, as exceeding certain thresholds will trigger some automated measures irrespective of the AML score of the address.

How To Use The Address Checker

  • To begin, create a token. Your token must be kept secret. Do not lose your token - it is the only way you can store your AML checks. For security reasons, we cannot help you recover your token if you lose it.
  • AML checks can be purchased in batches of 10 or 100. All payments are non-refundable.
  • Checks are credited after 1 blockchain confirmation. But you must click the Refresh Payments button to update the balance. Checks are not automatically credited yet and the Refresh Payments button must be used for crediting.
  • After you run a check, you will receive the AML score as well as scam and sanctions information, as well as information about counterparties if available.
  • It may take a few minutes for an address check to be processed.

If you have any issues with your payment, send an email with your payment ID for manual crediting.
